What is a client experience specialist?

A client experience specialist is a virtual assistant that specializes in strategizing, developing, and implementing customer journeys. This process involves the 4 S's of customer experience which are strategy, systems, SOP's, and support. In our ongoing support packages, we heavily focus on client-facing support, which consists of managing your day-to-day customer interactions via email, social media comments & DM's, etc.

what is the investment for YOUR SERVICES?

The investment for our support packages starts at $1,500 for approximately 10 hours per week of support.

do you offer any discounts? 

We currently do not offer any discounts.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit and debit card providers. We do not accept cash, PayPal, or checks.

how do i make a payment? 

An invoice will be sent to you via email and uploaded to your client portal no later than the first of each month, which is due upon receipt.

what is your refund policy? 

Due to the digital nature of this work, we currently do not offer any refunds.

can't i just youtube how to do all of this? 

You can and when you're in the beginning stages of your business, you should! However, there comes a point in your business where you simply are losing more than you're gaining by trying to piece things together. The endless hours of googling and scouring the Internet isn't the best use of your time as a CEO. You should be vision-casting and doing the things that move the needle in your business. Do the things you'er great at and let us handle the customer experience!

My name is Lauren Kasle and I'm the founder of Lauren Kasle Virtual Solutions. I started this business because I love to strategize, create, and implement dreamy customer experiences for female online service providers. 

Aligning the mission to our creativity and expertise has allowed us to serve dozens of entrepreneurs over the past 5 years. While most have been local to the United States, we work with clients all around the world.
